My Philosophy
True wellbeing comes from slowing down, reconnecting with the breath, the body, and nature, and creating space for stillness. In a world that constantly pulls us outward, real transformation happens when we return inward. My work blends ancient Himalayan wisdom with practical tools for modern life to nurture inner peace and lasting vitality.

One on One Sessions
I offer personalised 60-minute sessions, online or in person, starting with a holistic consultation to tailor each experience to the client’s physical, emotional, and mental state. Through customised breathwork, meditation, and awareness practices, clients restore balance, clarity, and nervous system regulation.
They also receive a guided video to continue their practice for 40 days, supporting lasting wellbeing and vitality.
The sessions are grounding, empowering, and designed to create real, sustainable transformation.

Himalayan Retreats
The Power of Pause is an eight-day Himalayan wellness reset retreat in the Himalayas designed to restore your body, mind, and nervous system.
Set in a serene mountain sanctuary in a peaceful village, this immersive experience blends daily Himalayan yoga, transformational breathwork, meditation, sound healing, guided hikes, and nourishing organic cuisine.
Each day invites deep rest, clarity, and reconnection with nature and self. Evenings by the fire under star-filled skies and excursions to sacred sites complete the journey. More than a getaway, it’s a powerful return to stillness, vitality, and inner balance.
